About This Tea
Chinese Tea Name: 白毫銀針, Bai Hao Yin Zhen
Most famous Chinese white tea is hand-plucked and sun-dried. Visually stunning with iridescent silver hued buds with downy hairs and some emerald jade and dark leaves. Grown at 1,800 ft elevation in North Fujian, a classic Silver Needle is intense with flavor, heavily nuanced encompassing a vegetal slightly toasty mid-palate yet; bright and sweet on the bookends of the beginning and end. Enjoy hot, iced or even sparkled!
