Cederburg region of South Africa, rooibos or red bush leaves that are fully oxidized have a reddish, brown color known for its sweet caramel flavor while the unoxidized green rooibos has a natural citrus note. Honeybush is Rooibos' cousin, also from the same region with a delectable natural honey flavor like no other. Both varietals are naturally caffeine-free.
